If you've looked at GNP's product line, you may have noticed three different Ganoderma-based supplements: GNP Ganoderma Health Supplement, GNP Super Ganoderma Health Supplement, and GNP Lingzhi-80 Mushroom Health Supplement. This guide explains what they have in common, what's different, and how to pick the right one.
What is Ganoderma?
Ganoderma lucidum is a mushroom that has been used in East Asian wellness traditions for centuries. It's also known by two other names you'll see on packaging and in search results: "Reishi" (the Japanese name) and "Lingzhi" (the Chinese name). All three names — Ganoderma, Reishi, and Lingzhi — refer to the same underlying mushroom species. None of GNP's three products is a different plant; they're three different formulations built around the same core ingredient.
GNP's three Ganoderma formulas
GNP Ganoderma Health Supplement (90 capsules) — Rs. 1,700. GNP's standard Ganoderma formula, and the most accessible entry point into the range.
GNP Super Ganoderma Health Supplement (90 capsules) — Rs. 2,500. A higher-tier formulation within the same product family, priced above the standard formula.
GNP Lingzhi-80 Mushroom Health Supplement (90 capsules) — Rs. 6,000. GNP's premium Ganoderma-based formula, using the traditional Chinese name for the mushroom, and priced highest of the three.
All three are sold in 90-capsule bottles. The real differences between them — concentration, extraction method, and intended use — are specific to each product's actual label, which is why we're not guessing at those details here. The most reliable way to compare them is to open each product page and read its listed description and suggested use, or to check the Ingredients and Suggested Use sections we've added directly to each product page.
How to choose
If you're new to Ganoderma supplements, the standard GNP Ganoderma formula is a reasonable starting point. If you're looking for a higher-tier or premium option, Super Ganoderma and Lingzhi-80 sit above it, in that order of price. If you're still unsure which one fits your routine, GNP's in-house Medical Director offers free consultations — you can book one on the Appointment page — or you can ask a question directly through Contact Us before you buy.
As with any dietary supplement, consult a healthcare provider before use if you're pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a medical condition. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
