Ganoderma lucidum — also known as Reishi or Lingzhi — is a mushroom used in East Asian wellness traditions for centuries. "Ganoderma," "Reishi," and "Lingzhi" all refer to the same mushroom species. GNP sells several Ganoderma-based formulas (GNP Ganoderma, GNP Super Ganoderma, and GNP Lingzhi 80 Mushroom) at different capsule counts and concentrations — check each product page for its specific capsule count and suggested use to choose the one that fits your routine.

Suggested use is printed on each product's label and varies by product. As a general rule, capsule supplements are taken with water alongside a meal unless the label says otherwise.
